Financials as of the end of August 2025
Hello Berkeley Neighbors,
Attached you will find the financials as of the end of August 2025. If you take a minute to look, what is very apparent is that A LOT of residents have not paid their dues. We currently have 220 of our 393 families that have paid. That is roughly 55%. If you are one of the families that has not paid, it is not too late. You can pay at berkeleyhoa.com, by dropping a check at my house or by Zelle to berkeleyhoatreasurer@gmail.com. If we want to be able to maintain the common areas of Berkeley, afford future capital projects and continue fun social traditions we need all families to pay their part. Thank you, Lee Sugg
